Seriously, I think you just need to ask yourself what will you use your ZL1 for? Occassional trackdays and mostly weekend fun? Daily Driver? These are all questions I asked myself when ordering my ZL1 and I decided that since mine was a daily driver, I didn't want to be stuck with a color that attracted too much attention (it's bad enough getting all the stares now with the way this thing looks and sounds so mean ) from cops and general haters.

SO...I think if you drive yours on a daily basis, you will get tired of the YELLOW sooner or later...just my $.02 Good luck with your decision as you will love the car!

We were torn between rally yellow, summit white or a IOM vert. We have decided on yellow because it matches my son's yellow power wheels Camaro. We are scared of getting bumblebee comments on a ZL1 Other than that to me the yellow screams performance. To me bright colors say exotic like nothing else

yellow is cool and stands out the most... its a very vibrant color... for me its a lil too much vibrant for my taste but I still like it!

If you like it go for it, it's really up to you if you and will be a lot more rare. I think the common colors for the rare car would be black & red. If you really want the victory red or IOM then just find/order one.

If you had to take a poll, black with black wheels would probable win. I have seen that combo in person and its perfect for the ZL1. Ashen Grey is super popular and you will never second guess that color. Red is the classic ZL1 color and the white ones look super sharp and sooo clean. The CRT (dark red) reminds me of the older muscle cars, and how can't go wrong with IOM. SIM is rare, and makes the ZL1 look like a machine(terminator) of destruction. Yellow is the rouge color to me, but that is what makes it special and unique.

Well I called the dealer again and someone already put a deposit on the yellow one, so that kind of helped me make up my mind! I am still looking for a red or IOM, but yellow is also on my list. Just too many black ones out there currently.

Rally yellow Camaros are just awesome. Whether people want to realize this or not, the gen 5 Camaro made its first major public debut as Bumblebee. And because of that is why these cars look so sweet.

The only other color gen 5 Camaro I would get would be synergy green. All other colors are just too damn common.

I found a dealer about 80 miles from me who has a 2013 Rally Yellow on the way. They expect in within the month. It has auto, sunroof, suede package, etc. MRSP just at 60 and they will sell it to me for that.
I really want a Victory Red or IOM, but after looking at the yellow, it has started to grow on me. The black accents and wheels really stand out against the yellow. And I think there are less yellow ones around than any other color. (I have watched dealer sites and Ebay for months now)
So what do you guys think? I can put a deposit down and be done with it or hope to find a red or orange at MRSP.
