I don't know if you guys have any Midas shops out there but sometimes if you talk to the right person they will work with you. I have a car lot here in PA. and sometimes you can't figure what is wrong with a vehicle and can't the check engine light of to get it to pass. It cost me $150.00 and I don't ask questions. Good luck man.

I "may" know of a guy in Escondido that will "allegedly" do it for $200 and he doesnt even need the car.

Sadly we live in a state were illegally smogging a car is probably a worse offense then buying coke, weed and automatic weapons combined...lol.
