Please note the picture came to me EXACTLY like that. Meaning he held the cameraphone upside down. Sigh.

WHATS worse is AFTER they have your MONEY and the sales made, then try and get your SALESMEN to answer an email or ask him for help. They don't have the time of day for you :(

Salespeople are the stupidest people in the world when it comes to using technology. With 30 years in IT & Accounting, salespeople by far screw up more crap than any other field I know. Pretty much every laptop the company I work at that has to be flattened & reload with the OS on a regular basis, because of stuff caused by a stupid salesperson. Marketing people aren't far behind.

So...these salespeople are also the people that tend to be e-mail idiots. He probably meant to send that to someone else...or more likely he sent it to ALL his contacts.

I'm serious.
Well, we can't all be big shot IT guys.

It's 98 per cent of car dealerships that give the others a bad name.

I'm glad your manager wants to complete the sale. This guy wears a gold GM ring he won for excellence in selling cars....wow.
Who has the gold ring , and are you sure it's gold ?

Salesman has the gold ring, and it might not be real but it means he's been pushing GM products for a few years.

Can't hate a snake for being a snake, think he was impersonal because of our last meeting he probably thought it was a dead sale. He was all cool when I came in today, he even cleaned my wheels and tires.

Not sure what they did, but they fixed everything I complained about the paint on the car and you can't tell, standard body shop practice tells me they had to touch up and reclear both bumpers and then some but I didn't ask.

And for being a pain in the ass and dragging this sale out for 20 days, I tipped him $100 and would gladly use him again, he listens and remembers.

The gold rings are real. They're given out for hitting sales and customer service index goals for the year. GM adds a diamond for each year you meet those goals once you receive your ring. It's called the GM Mark of Excellence.

Generally the guys with the rings have been there a while and they're pretty good at their job.

I guess I am in somewhat of a minority here. When I ordered Rosie, I looked at it as a TeachingMoment. We as enthusiasts have a real tendency to kind of "uppity." Consider this, What do you know about all the features of one of the other vehicles marketed under the Chevy Brand? Many of us would be very hard pressed to define every option on let's say a "Sonic."

These folks are trying to make a living. Many of them don't stick around very long, for various reasons.

There are some damn good sales people out there.
