stock boss heads and cams. so much for being maxxed out, eh.

The only thing stock is the intake cam so it looks like its close to "maxxed" other then radical cams and a stroker kit, heck you can't even gain power by porting the heads. I'm curious to see what the 5.8 could do all motor @8000+rpm

Replace Boss 302 as I believe it's a two year model.... Perhaps.

Problem might be pricing it competitively with the 1LE (boss non LS territory would rock)

Really? I would think the GT350 would be a better suited name for a N/A 500HP engine, while keeping the GT500 a Supercharged 650+ engine. That's just my personal opinion though.

That would really get confusing if they offered a GT350, bc Shelby already has a post title package GT350 that they offer. Im sure the licensing and other BS would make it a headache.

Since they are replacing the BOSS 302, they should replace it with the MACH 1

The 1LE seems more like the Ford Track Pack than the BOSS. Seems they are leaving some room for something.... cough Z28 cough. Maybe they just like to mess with our heads.
