Only thing... Flex averages 20 MPG, around town and highway (used to be 22 to 23 MPG until i switched tires! ) Guessing it's slightly better than your truck... (My F-250 gets about 13 MPG)

This one's kind of a big deal IMO. Probably best I shut my mouth about it. ![]() So far you've all been wrong. I will say that.

The only big deal worth mentioning would be a Z28. ![]() Or maybe GenV V-8s in fifth gen Camaros.

One only has to look to Europe & Asia to see what is coming to the US.....and turbo diesels are becomming more powerfull and efficient along with more use of FI in both gasoline and diesel.
Now, for all those that keep claiming "if it could be done or there was a better way GM would have done it already"....since the begining of cars racers and after market performance techs have always pioneered many of the improvements that the engineers look at and implement in the future. Who would ever think to twin turbo the GM v6?? Amazing! |

Thanks! Most people shake their heads in disbelief... then pretty much start laughing when I explain it's just the wife's daily driver she let me go out and play with on the weekend! LOL!

You sir are ultra lame.
What is not impressive about 2 turbos on a V6 that is made to run with the power of a V8???? How else is a V6 supposed to compete power-wise? Do you expect an NA V6 to produce V8 power without them?? AND even if one did, you'd say "ultra lame because its a V6 and doesn't sound good". LOL. You just can't respect anything other than the V8 engine. Heres a thought..how about opening up a bit and showing some respect or excitement for powerful engines in general. We have a TTV6 making 600 or so horse....but I guess that is also "ultra lame" lol. Sorry..now back to the real topic.

Why such the hating on the 12 second brick i think its quite impressive for something that large and so brickish gets the times it does. I will say the 5th gen camaro ss in ur video is in need of a driver mod ime slow reaction time and shifts slow from what i am seeing.

Yeah, i think it was the Orange SS's first time at the track!!! So yeah, not really fair... HOWEVER it does illustrate that one does not simply jump in their car and start ripping off magazine times! Some times it is harder than it looks!
