Thanks on the rims - I went back and forth on that one... The camera no longer projects on the rear view mirror, only the head unit.

CRT is awesome, and the rims really set your car off. The new radio screen (IMO) is the only 2013 feature I wish they had not added. My mother has a Lexus with one of the first Nav systems w/ a big screen and it quickly became outdated (as all electronics do). She never even turns it on now. The good news is the radio is the least important part of a car like the ZL1! Enjoy it!

I can't belive anybody really thinks this thing looks good? not saying the new one is the best but when you talk outdated and such it does not get much worse than this.

I gotta agree with hognuts. Only the most inexpensive cars now-a-days have any justification for not having the state of the art screens in them given how inexpensive they are to purchase in bulk.

AWESOME Car Styx!!! Beautiful!!! Makes me that much more excited. Only thing that could have been better? My car being posted first. Thank you for sharing the pictures. All the rest of the people who don't like this or that, please find the thread referencing that product/issue. Its all a matter of opinion anyway, and this thread is not about stereo debates or anything else to debate. We Just want to see the cars!!!! They have been talking about them for months and now get a chance to show them off here.

I miss the cd player option. Actually that's one area that I'm not sold on with the camaro; The dashboard and the steering wheel.

Sure, you may notice in the photo that the left side of wheel is closer to the dash where the right side is closer to the driver. When I extend both arms out straight my right arm is doesn't extend as far as my left. I'm told this may be normal for crash reasons but haven't confirmed it yet.

CD players are just on the way out I would bet in a couple years most manufactrues will not offer it.

It is like someone wanting a casset player 10 years ago. the majority has moved to newer technology.

from my perspective the CD drive is what failed on some of my OEM players. my 90 IROC bose CD player failed, my 2004 RB4 in my ram had the CD drive fail so to me maybe it will step up the OEM quality level a bit.

if you can break over the hump and buy an ipod/mp3player/smartphone and learn them most people will never look back. it is just a better way. you can have a playlist with 100's of songs all of which you actually like.
