I'm going to have another Pinot Noir. May I order another chocolate coffee for you?

You are correct. Unfortunately, it appears that some on the Internet, including on this site, appear to have very little, if any, education.

...and now, for something completely different.... I think it's high time we get some spy shots, insider info, rumor, speculation or conjecture from an undisclosed source on model upgrades, or even may I dare say...a storied model's return. GM is up to something as sure as God made apples....may the leaking begin.

From what I am hearing, any "leaking" sends out the hounds. They are hunting people down. Heard a story about one excited employee who spoke about his work over the family table last Thanksgiving. Someone else at the table posted about what he said. Now he is a less than excited former employee.

Understood Number 3. I should have been more specific, I was not eliciting any GM employee to "leak". A poor choice of words on my part. I was remebering back when we all speculated and conjectured what the before named ZL1 was going to be or the Track Pack stuff was based on spy shots and vaguely worded releases and such. We spent alot of idle time pondering all that was to be in the coming future based on very little info.

I know you were no where near suggesting that. But it seems even Fen is playing his "insider info" from GMIsidenews a bit closere to the vest.

The problem is is that we, after much debate, have come to agree on what the 5Gen Z28 should be. So from our perspective there is nothing more to discuss unless something comes from outside our group. Waiting, waiting, waiting...bored.

This is said to be information in the new Camaro brochure on the 1LE. The trap is said to be 113 and 60-0 120'. How do you think the LS7 And ZL1 brakes would enhance this?

My Guess: 0-60=4.2, 1/4=12.2/117, 1.0G & 60-0=110

I think you guys are getting your wish. That's my new idea.

Now to get a count. How many of you will really pony up for a sub $5OK LS7 Z28?

Just wondering. Way too much for me.

If it comes equipped as expected I won't have to mod it much. That makes it that much better!

1SS/1LE + LS7 + 305-rears + Dual Mode + 6-piston + RamAir/extractor = $48,500

My VISA number is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and yes, its limit will cover it...ALL.

Its performance: 0-60 = ZL1; 1/4 = BOSS-bashing; 60-0 = 500/fail

Yea, that sounds about right for a bare bones Z28. Hopefully you will not have to add Gas Guzzler tax to that. Of course that VISA @ 18% Interest will clean you out. Interest alone will be close to $700 a month.

You may still need some bushing inserts and sway bars to get neutral handling and no step out.
