I'm still thinking Sunday would be the best time to do the Corvette Museum tour. Sparky is checking to see if their discount will carry over to Sunday, which I'm sure won't be a problem. This way we aren't in a rush to go through it so we can get back on the road. Just my opinion.

Wish I could got to the corvette museum with you guys, but it'd be like 2 hours out of my way and back. Might decide to do that though just to get some pictures of the caravan there.

I have created a channel on Zello for our Thursday group it's called - SE Fest Thursday Camarovan. I put a password on it just so we don't have any random people joining us - password is 'c5fest'.

Thanks man. I've got you down. I think it'll just be me, you, and Megatron heading up from Lexington unless I can recruit some more people

Mackman, you can remove me from your list. As I said in my PM I'll be traveling to Indy via 75N to Cincinnati, then 275W and then on to the host hotel via 74W. Wife and I will be leaving Knoxville around 7pm Wednesday 8/1 evening and stop overnight somewhere in KY or OH or more likely leaving
Thursday morning 8/2 and drive direct to the host hotel in Indy. Going the Nashville route is way out of my way, the traffic issues at the KY and IN boarder I don't want to deal with and we've already seen the Corvette museum and it really isn't worth a 2nd look for us. Anyone wanting to ride up the route I'm going feel free to contact me. See you in Indy !!!

Alright will do. I am going to chance the I64 route into Louisville and meet up with the southern group there. I hope we can bypass construction... Will definitely be seeing you in Indy!

I agree, although y'all can leave earlier than we can.

I created my Zello acct over the weekend and we have a channel set up for our club, so I'll add the one for Camarovan later today

I'll be sending out an email to all those that responded to my email Wednesday I think. That'll give some of the stragglers time to respond. Also going to post the users that didn't respond and maybe some people can shed some light on their status.

Also have we decided on a rally point in Louisville? Wasn't sure if we had or not. If not, I will message 'shesabeast' and see if he can assist with somewhere. I know he had metioned a spot earlier.

I will help "shedding light"!

I don't think we've decided on rally point or exact times. We might need a Corvette museum group and a non Corvette museum group?

Just my .02, we should keep the drive up simple. Maybe just stop for gas and for a photo at the Corvette Museum. We have a deadline for the way up because of the cruise.

The same group traveling up through Bowling Green should be the same group traveling back, so it's much easier to stop then.

But, if you'd like to go with the museum tour on the way, the group not taking the tour could drive through to the Louisville stop and have a longer lunch break.

Just a thought, but if we hold off on the photo op and the tour of the Corvette museum until the return trip (Sunday) we may have even more people as both the Wednesday and Thursday group will be coming back from Indy.

True, didn't think about the Wednesday group. That return trip should be pretty large.
