Ah, started assembling the ducts today. No, those new part numbers are NOT going to come apart easily. They're made in the same exact way as the front ducts with the nearly unseperable clips just like the front section. I had to manhandle the back secion on a little, as it's still a tight fit, but no, they're not going to come apart. Still, a bit cheesy in design, but they seem to be sturdy enough. I originally was stupid enough to think that "odd" part numbers went with "odd" part numbers, and couldn't get the screw hole to line up, but 901 actually mates to the 840, and the 900 mates with the 839 piece. Weird. GM used to have the odd p/n as LH side, and even numbers as RH side, but apparently that doesn't matter anymore. That tripped me up a bit. Got it all straight now. I'll take a couple of pics and you can see if they made any changes.

EDIT- Pics added:

Hey Ofer, do you think you will be able to post the vids in the next couple of weeks? I will finally be doing the conversion in about 2 weeks. Thanks man!

Just made a thread but...What is the most cost effective way of converting an SS bumper to a ZL1 Bumper? I know Gary's Customs sells the kit but for $1400 painted. Would it be cheaper to buy the parts and go to a shop to get it painted? What do you think? I am also going to sell my black ss bumper if anyone is interested. Thank You
