I'm working on a DIY write up too.

Boy it sucks to paint that thing of beauty... but WoW is that going to look good. Just when I thought your car couldn't get any better.

Be sure and fit check it first.

That hood is awesome! I just put one on myself fits really well lines right up with the body. Had to adjust the hood stops up probably half a turn or so but it fits great. Lowered my coolant temps a solid 15-20 degrees even around town. My .02 not sure if you drive this thing in the rain but the rain guards are worthless on this hood. Putting it on makes it a fair weather only kind of deal.

He's pretty much already a fair weather kind of guy. His car doesn't make it out of ARD's shop too much as you guys can tell..

While I'd, too, have it painted because it just wouldn't match my car either, it really is hard to imagine that CF getting hidden.

I'd love to get an AM hood but not in the cards* right now.

Good news on the temps. My friend has it on his car, and it looks really good. The Camaro isn't my daily driver, so I can definitely stay out of the rain.

Don't really have any carbon fiber on my car...just not my thing. If they would've offered it in fiberglass I would've probably taken it to save the cash. I'll probably paint the entire thing IOM.

That's because I keep thinking of new things to add. It has to stop at some point right?

Are you kidding? You ARE the Joneses. You just trade your old cars in once they get dirty.
