Sparks Restorations
Ok so the story goes like this. I ordered a set of the SS emblems TWO WEEKS ago. I was told they had the trunk one in but were waiting on the one for the grille because they were sent to a new painter. Well I gave him the rest of the week and still no order confirmation or shipping information at the end of the week. Called him last Tuesday and was told they would ship by the end of the week. Again nothing as of that Friday. Called him this past Monday, said they should be in by the end of the day and I would see them shipped that day.....NOTHING. Has anyone bought from these guys before? I'm starting to think I will never get these 2 emblems. Here it is Wednesday and still nothing. When a vendor tells me something should be done by a certain time I give them some space in case something goes wrong in the process, but when you tell me over and over again and I don't see anything happening it really p*$$$$ me off. Just letting everyone know my experience so far.

Black and red. They have had the trunk emblem. I have just been waiting 2 weeks for the grille part.

Tired of waiting. Was supposed to have them today and nothing in the mail box. Going to guess on it take 3+ weeks to get these things.

I am one of Spark's resellers and have never had anything but exceptional service from them and great communication. Based off my past expierience I would say this sounds like an isolated incident. I will let Terry over there know of this thread and the issues you are reporting.
