Yes by pulling the wheel wells back but you need to have the wires next to where the fog lights go.

That you will more then likely need to pull the bumper back off to install it, unless you are wiring in some way i dont know?

Here are some pics of my conversion done by Eric over at MPD1. The grills and surounding area have been painted black, as well as the lower light bezels. Also some pics at night, found some matching fog lights. They are 4000K which are the closest that I could find to the halo's 4300K. They look a little blue in the pic, but are dead on!

They are from Hoen. You can only buy from them and are $30 a pair, cheaper than the LED's and look great. Was driving down the road at dusk the other day and everyone was staring!

the absorber (#9 on the list from first post, page 1), is this a necessary part if i want to install the original SS/RS grill? because i see it often in other kits as necessary and listed, but it was not in my bumper package.

It's not 100% necessary and can be put together without it. If I'm not mistaken the absorber is just needed to make sure the airbags only deploy if the impact of an accident is above a certain force and without it they will deploy on the smallest impact.

U will have to cut the absorber u have now down to fit. Or get the new one. I had mine trimmed and it showed humps in the plastic of bumper so i bought the right absorber. Absorber has nothing to do with what grill u use.
