Ofer.. what are the chances you can make this thing work as just the face. For those of us already with aftermarket doule dins? I'd imagine the security setting, light controls, tc that are found on the radio settings would have a default where we wouldnt need to go to edit them

In the original post of the parts list, I was thinking that the bezel and radio were separate parts that had to be ordered separately.
But in the latest pics posted in post #243, it *appears* that the bezel and radio (at least the radio *display*) are in one pre-packaged unit. Is that the case? Is the unit pictured just the bezel/screen, and there is a separate "screenless" radio unit that must be purchased? Much like purchasing a computer CPU and flat-panel display separately? If the "faceplate/bezel" and "display screen" are sold as a single unit, that would explain the extremely high pricing for what I thought was just a bezel w/HVAC knobs. |
