Bought a brand new 2010 SS automatic 2 and a half years ago only because i didnt know how to drive stick.
A few months ago i traded the '10 for an '11 with stick this time and im loving every minute of it. Took a big hit on the trade but definately worth it, so much more fun!

Loved to drive manual transmission cars. And always thought I would. Since getting a spinal cord injury and loosing much of the nerve and muscle in my legs I drive an automatic. Such is life but still play with cars.

Auto. Wish I had manual, but the wife wouldn't have driven the car with it. A good marriage is all about compromise.

L99, It's the best of both worlds. "IF" you get the right paddles. The 1st gen. was a dumb button, 2012 came the "mini" paddles. Still sucked, then I found the paddles that one of our fellow Camaro lovers CNC'd.

It's what is used in F1 and Indy racing.... I love the sound of the Borla's roar when down shifting!

Never took the time to learn stick. besides I wanted to enjoy the ride and watch people watching me. Lol

But seriously I'm not to fond of the jerking movement. But that's just me (so all stick owner don't kill me- lol)

Auto because it's faster, smoother, and I want both hands on the wheel when I feed that V8 all it'll eat!

Auto, cause I always laugh at the people who need the excuse... "The only reason I lost is because I misses 3rd gear.".... When really you lost cause you got smoked by an Auto!!
