camaro's are meant as a DD IMO. Cars over $100,000 are weekend cars.

live less than a mile from work, short trip but I drive her to work most of the time, I park her for 3/4 months during winter, so technically she is a DD, she is a fairly pampered DD!!

Camaro makes everything better even driving to hel.. I mean work yeah work. I have driven my daily since getting her in May of this year and she just hit 3000 miles today. Then again I probably have the shortest commute ever but still drive so I can take care of the other stuff that I need to do.

Bought mine used in June with 5K, now up to 7.2K. I love driving it, even if I have no where to go!

Oh, I love my baby so much... I drive her daily.. Can't get enough of her... She's my happy place on wheels. I'm a Realtor, so I drive a lot to begin with, but every night after dark falls I take her out for a drive.

Got mine to drive daily; got sick of passenger sedans. Shuttling two toddlers around, you should see the looks I get, mostly from men who surrendered and drive Oddessy's or Sienna's. If they could only hear when the boys yell "Punch it, dad!" from the back seats!

Just turned over 2500mi in 5months...

I do get "the looks" when my kids get in or out - they are 11 & 6. Like "How dare you to have such a car when you have children?..." I can almost hear the hissing... They all want it. I know it.

Men who happen to drive some "family" vehicles give me a completely different look... Poor things... I hear ya... :(

I drive my camaro every day to work, then come back home, take my little boy to school with my silverado(camaro back seat sucks), go back to work and back home at night with my silverado...so 50/50 everyday...
I think corvette would be a weekend ride...

When it comes to personal preferences, I learned quite a while ago not to care or worry about what other people think. The smile on our faces should tell them all they need to know.

When people bring it up, I just point out things like the less-than-five star crash tests of the Odyssey, Sienna, and other minivan/SUV's compared to the full 5-star Camaro. Almost all suffer in rollover, some in frontal crash.

Then I point out the much shorter stopping distance I have thanks to those brembo's, superior accident avoidance/handling, and the fact that I still get ~16/24mpg.

If they still have a problem, then I point to the (5-star 21/30mpg) Equinox family war wagon in the other half of the garage.... After that, I just blow their doors off at the next light. Safely, of course.
