I've been salivating over the '09 CTS-V. If it was within my price range I'd jump all over it without thinking twice. I'd definitely take the Camaro over an '07 CTS-V though. If you had to do an '07 get a G8 instead. Best of luck with your purchase.

Response to the title.......... OK! See ya later....
That will make some person happy later, when they go to a lot and find a brand new camaro that is unclaimed.

My thought is that, if you actually considered this, you weren't serious about wanting a camaro in the first place. Good luck.

Hey sicsix I use to live in bristow a long time ago. just saying

12124 bristow road.

hated when quantico did their training. lol.

anyway to the op... If you can get the car seat in it then get the camaro once you put it in its not like you are going to be moving it everytime anyway. I was able to get a car seat in the back of a 2 door G6 so I know you can do it in a camaro.

If it is your only car I would think twice. As your son get older, say around six you start hauling around his friends, his football gear, and everything under the sun. I had to adapt and make changes as my son got older and I would have hated to give up a Camaro. But I went thru a Jeep CJ7 fully restored, a Honda Civic, and finally needed a Honda Odessey. Hey I am still a bowtie guy cause I had and have a GMC 3500 and a Caddy and a W3500 to go along with the minivan. There is no way you are going to drive a 1SS as a daily driver and keep your license. I am saying that from only having mine for 3 days. I am amazed I have not got a ticket yet! There is something about this car that makes you lose about 20 years off your age. So suddenly I am driving like I was in my twenties. If you are in your twenties....watch out......lol Camaro is great but I am sorry to say it is not a family car. It was not meant to be and no matter how much you might want it to be, well it is not. The G8 would give you the best of both worlds. The Caddy is also a fine car. Good luck in whatever decision you make.

Its cheap because its a 07. The one u want is the 2009 cts-v thats has a much better look plus motor. Dont believe me check both out u will see. I have 3 kids and will not take anything less then the new Camaro. If i need to move the whole family thats what my acadia is for.

dude just get a used chevy silverado or on older impala or malibu as your daily driver and get the camaro as your side car...you will keep the value up and get to use it for fun...get like a used car in the 5-6 thousand dollar range or cheaper and then see if you can still budget the car...although if you can't do this comfortably...

Always use safety belts and proper child restraints, even with air bags.

Children are safer when properly secured
in a rear seat.

See Owner Manual for more information

The back seat on the G8 GT is going to be MUCH better than the back of the Camaro.

In my opinion if you REALLY REALLY want the Camaro like most of us freaks on this site and you do not get it, you will be kicking yourself every time you see one on the road.

When I sat in the Camaro at the car show it did not seem like it would be very carseat friendly, but I think it does come with LATCH.

My daughter is at the age where she still needs a booster seat, so I'm gonna have to see how well that works.

If you can, do like chevydude26 suggests and get some other car as your daily driver and then have the Camaro for the fun drives.

I just think you'll regret not getting it, but then again you can always get one in a couple years. At least we hope!

Camaro is fine for a daily use car and kids.

OMG in the past everything you can possibly think of has happend in a Camaro.

If you can fit it in the trunk, hatch or door it's been put inside.

I used to tie up 4-5 large tubes to the roof and drive all the way up to the river with 5 people shoved in the car and people crying to get out stuffed in the back seat (78 LS).

I had a chance to test drive the CTS-V today, and let me tell you I was pretty impressed. After spending some time with it though, I think I would be kicking myself later when I saw a SS pass me by on the highway. So I am going to just wait for my Camaro, I figure I am at 3300 now so hopefully not longer then two more months. Thank you everyone for letting me vent, and being supportive! Another reason why I am addicted to this site lol
