i drove through some of those storms yesterday on our way home from Long Island, was nasty! we were doing like 40mph tops for a good stretch on 17 cause it was raining and blowing so bad.

Hope everyone is OK in the southern tier.I heard about the storm on the weather channel.Fonda Speedway canceled the race I was going to early in the day because of the storms.Here in Marcellus we got just a little rain,just enough to get things wet.I will be at ESTA Sunday around 8:00 8:30 am.The weather looks good for Sunday.

You will have enough time to try it both ways.Some of the racers say the transmission shifts faster than you can.It's all in when to shift.You'll have a good time either way.I never drag raced before until 2010 when a friend I worked with got me to try it.Bracket racing is a blast.You don't need the fastest car to win.

The storms are gone and we are all safe, BUT it appears that it has sucked all the money out of my wallet, so feel free to send some. I want a new grille!

Yea guess I'll try it all out and see which is better, also do we need a helmet or anything or any other stuff? I know it says we have to wear long pants. Also I'll prob be at ESTA around 8:15.

You don't need a helmet unless you run under 11 seconds.Bring a long sleeve shirt just in case.I know we need that and long pants on race days.If you have a helmet bring it. see you sunday!!

Havent posted in awhile. I want to let everyone know that Bruce Jr was born Thursday morning at 3:01am! Both mommy and jr are doing great! I will post a pic when I get a chance.

Does anybody know if the weather service considered those storms in Elmira a Derecho? That picture of the cloud bank looked scary. I rode out the Derecho in Maryland earlier this month in my RV and I have no desire to do that again anytime soon. I could not believe the speed and intensity those things have. I hope everyone is ok with no damage to their property.
