Good evening. I placed an order with a dealer in Florida and was told that their allocation was going to be picked up last week. The dealer is not the most informed about the ZL1 and the order process, I don't think. They placed two orders for the car. The first was with the stock black rims (QMQZ89) and the second was with the bright rims (QKZKMD). I am not able to get any updates on GM connects or on the Chevrolet web sites. Can you look to see if either of these orders actually were picked up and any more informations you can, like status, TPW or anything. Any status change on my order - QMBX1T?

I found the below information on the GM Connects forum under the Pre-Production Status Updates thread, is this still accurate or have they changed their procedure?

1.) If your current status is 1100-3300, your order will be checked weekly on Wednesday. Since orders do not get pulled into 3000 status until late Tuesday night.

2.) If you are at 3400 with a future TPW, your order will not be checked until your TPW.

3.) If you are at 3400 with a current TPW, your order will be checked daily (starting Tuesday) of that week. If you do not have a VIN by the Saturday of your production week, you will not have one until the following Tuesday.

4.) The only orders that will be updated on Monday are the new orders entered in on Saturday and Sunday.

I don't believe GM Connects is back up yet, but I know
they are working on it.
