Placed order with dealer today - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I placed my order this morning (dealer is open on Sundays, closed on Saturdays) with my dealer. Ordered the Yellow exterior, ebony interior, power sunroof, black hood stripes, SS with RS package. The dealer won't get his next batch of allocations until mid June so it will be a painful wait.

We ordered our last Oct. and might get it by the end of June, so don't feel to bad about your wait....

i ordered mine on memorial day. jdurhan and demon when did your dealer say youll get your car by? Late August early sept?

Congrats to all who ordered recently. Once you hit 3000 you start getting really antsy. Im at 3400 right now waiting for my build week and vin. Fortunately for people ordering now, things have been ironed out on the line and production is up so your wait is not going to be as long. Keep us all posted with updates

He didn't give me a build date but if the Camaro system it is like the Corvettes I have ordered from him in the past it will be about 7-8 weeks after the order is placed.

I was told that it could be as long as 16 weeks but probably sooner. The dealer I bought from has quite few stores and gets next round of allocations 06/15, so one of those are mine. I'm not really in a hurry, I would like to see folks who have been waiting since last Oct. get the cars they ordered.

My step daughter's was built over three weeks ago but it still hasn't arrived in the Austin, Texas area yet, she is suffering big time!!!

Congrats. I ordered on the 23rd, and already hit 3000. So once you go 1100 you are gonna fly.
