I might be able to talk one of my coworkers husbands into going, he is currently fabricating and installing his own turbo system on his car and if he gets it done i'm sure he will want to show it off.

New gears installed hit the strip friday night in el paso got my best time yet 13.18 at 107 now need to get the 60' down.

Great new you guys, Daniel will be bringing his Rally Yellow Camaro for the Kids Kindness Car Show on Saturday for the little ones which should be something that they will enjoy. I have a setup designed out to not only showcase "Bumblebee" but the club as well, so I need to know a definite yes or no from you guys that will joining up for the car show so I can see if the layout will work. I plan on having Daniel's car the center piece with all of our rides surrounding him in a U form. I also plan on bringing my canopy so we can use in case it gets hot out. For the morning I would like to get to the part around 8:30am so we can claim one of the good spots for us and that would also give us time to set up the cars and do some last minute polishing before the show starts. If we can meet up at The McDonalds on Telshor across from the Wal-Mart and Hastings at 8am so we can grab some breakfast and drive together to Young Park that would be great. So how does that sound folks?

Howdy from Texas!!! We made the first leg of our trip safely and no tickets (knocks on wood)! Have a good show and will try to keep posted from the Fest!

Glad that you guys made up to Texas and I am still very, very, VERY jealous of you that you are making it to the Fest. Please do keep us posted with everything that is going on during the fest and as well as the wedding. Be dafe and have fun out there.

Checking in from Missouri, 900 miles in 10 and a half hours, gotta love the open road at night with a good radar detector.

That sounds good to me!! You can put me down as a for sure on Saturday. The kids will go crazy over Bumblebee. We will have to put something around it saying he is sleeping or something.

So you are thinking ofa 7:45ish meeting time at McD's or do you think we can all eat and be out by 8:30 going at 8???

We made it to Tunics MS but too tired to make it to the casino with the rest of the TX people. We will be in Indy this time tomorrow!!! Can't wait! Will try to post some pics from the Corvette museum tomorrow.

Paintless dent repair?

I'm wondering if we have anyone in El Paso who does this kind of work. I'm dreading all the dings my car will pick up, when people slam their car door into my car.:upset:

If any members here are interested in corvettes, there is an El Paso Corvette Club. I test drove a 2012 corvette at Bravo, and wow, they are nice. I can't afford one though.

I like corvettes better than any other car made.

Hope I don't get thrown out of here for saying that.
