plastidip question
i got a question. how do i plastidip the lugnuts after i take the wheels off my car. do i have to do it after i put the wheels back on.

You neet to paint them, when you are torquing down on the lugnuts upon re-install of the wheels you will strip the dip. You can attempt to do them on the car but it is ill-advised due to residual splash. Just expect it to peel the first time you take a wheel off.
Get some matte or satin black VHT paint and a clear, mine have held up for almost a year with minor blemishes (I did 4 coats cleared, 2 more coats) until I ended up getting Black Locking Gorilla's from Apex. |

+1 it will rip the plastidip off. Either paint them or I suggest buying black lugnuts so you dont have to worry about them.

I found these black rubber covers. They kind of look like big thimbles and they just slide over the nuts. I have never lost one or had them fall off. I say it is the cheapest and easiest way (plus they look great)!!
