The problem is the inferior V6 owners just dont know whats best for them, us superior V8 owners are just doing our duty by explaining it to them...its not our fault they cant understand our superior logic......we v8 owners actually are continually surprised that v6 owners can type, though we often dont bother reading it anyways, I mean does the meaningless meandering of a peasant matter anyways?

it's like this with any make of car on the market. I4 vs V6, V6 vs V8, one trim level vs the other, etc, etc. go over to a Hyundai board and it will be the V6 crowd talking smack on the I4 guys.
Most likely, it's simply due to an inferiority complex. for someone to feel the need to make sure everybody knows they have the larger engine, and to likewise make sure everybody knows that the V6 is inferior definitely points to something in their personality. it's why you see it on every board out there. it brings them some sense of satisfaction and superiority that they lack in other areas of their life

Would much rather have a loaded V6 than a stripped V8. I like creature comforts above all. Resale value means nothing cause I lease brand new every 3yrs. Proformance? Well my build Hayabusa is all I need and believe me I have embarrassed Z06 corvettes!

I had a really nice 2LT for 3 years and took a lot of pride in it, it was a sweet ride. Opinions are like ***holes, they all stink, even mine.

Maybe we should all try to band together more since the world is full of A-holes that can't tell the difference between an LS and a 2SS.

The new tech at work was calling me choice derogatory names when he saw my car, which I seldom drive to work because of customer comments it seems bad for business. People think we are charging too much yet we struggle to keep the business open. Some people won't even afford the payments, I can't imagine the new guy's hate if he knew my car is not financed. He wanted to know how much it cost, I hate that question.

Well you should know then. How many times has someone told you to get a real bike, a Harley Davidson?

Usually the people that say this know absolutely nothing about motorcycles or their head is so far up Harleys ass they have lost sight.

I tell them I make my living working with Harleys, when I'm off work I like my bikes because I don't have to work on them all the time.

I don't need to go fast or be heard half a mile away , been there done that. Had a Supercharged 05 SSR 6M with many mods. So if you have the bug for thrills don't waste your time and more important money with the LT.
Soap box preacher?? Thanks??

You forget the huge role insurance plays between the LT and SS models, as well as the gasoline prices.

If you want to look cool driving the 2013 Camaro then you better get custom wheels cause those new Malibu wheels ain't foolin' no one!

My insurance went up $18 a year, not exactly anything to sweat over. Fuel is a concern for me, as prices just skyrocketed and I find myself wanting to drive my SS more than I did my LT.

As for your ****y wheel comment, I can't see how anyone wouldn't truly desire some custom wheels no matter what Camaro you have. It adds to the personalization concept. Some sort of wheel treatment is definitely on my list, as well as my last one had aftermarket wheels on it too.
