Yep, enclosed trailer. The only ways to go. It road all 20 hours and 1300miles non stop to get home. It was a long day.

My buddy Trent from CPU will be doing the tuning for me.

Only two things will ever be changed on this car.

1. Tires

2. Tunes

It is hard to understand how nice this car is built. The fit and finish is second to none. I was truly expecting a more stripped down car that felt like a race car. The inside is more impressive to me then any street version gen 5 I have been in. I truly feel lucky to be a part of the cars history.

Awesome car , congrats. Can't wait to see it in person

Looking forward to seeing her in action. Congrads on the COPO. Curious what she has under for 1/4 mile times and what she can do on the dyno.

Could you do a before and after when it comes to dyno numbers? Curious how the tune can be enhanced with the high altitude, and if they leave them on the conservative side or agressive..

Take care.

Clint

Thank you!

I was shocked at what the Folk at GM told me. They said "CHANGE NOTHING!" about 600 times. Even after telling them where the car was going to be run. The said the tune would be fine as well.

Telling you right now, here in Colorado, ITS PIG RICH!

I'm going to save the Stock Cal and keep it for our first trip to the Dyno. Do a before and after like your saying.

Going to have to find a set of wheels and tires for the dyno. As far as I know if a VERY BAD idea to to run slicks on the rollers.

I'm hoping to see a high 9 first time out but we will see how it goes.

The PCM is a E67 with MEFI5 OS.

HPT or EFILive will not work.

I'm curious to see how effective that dual feed catch can system works. Looks like it doesn't work on vacuum, but relieves crankcase pressure and lines look huge. Can't wait to see the COPO in person So what tuning software do you have to use?

Interesting that the folks at GM didn't seem to see a need for a strut tower brace. Must be mostly needed for rag tops.

MEFI5 Scan and Tune is the software.

MEFIBurn.com makes it. If you have ever seen a Chevy Ramjet 350 they Use MEFI2 and 3 for tuning. Not a new system and is used in MANY of the High end speed boats.

A strut brace would have to go through the hood to miss the intake. That thing is tall!

Has nothing to do with smell... C16 is fantastic!

The car was tuff to start compared to the 600ft it's was at before. Just feel it loading up compared to here. Not awful but noticeable.

Software comes in tomorrow.

117 octane for VP C16, that sounds pricey
