It's my understanding that the window sticker is added
once the car is built, however, I know that it often takes
a couple of days before it shows up

As long as it's built and invoiced, your dealer can
transact the paperwork with you and you'll get it -
shouldn't be a problem.

Today shows 5000!!!!!!!! The bayed status we had must
have been at the railyard

Not long at all - call your dealer to see if they have the
railcar info. Should only take a couple of days to the
railyard and then unload and ship by truck - probably
about a week or so total - Hopfully
