Top one is a breather tank. There is no PCV system and this allows the engine to breath properly.
The left one is the resevoir tank for the intercooler.
All the way to the right is the master cylinder for the brakes.
(no power on this ride)

The 427 still uses an Alum block but the 327 blower motors use a new version of the LSX block and yes, it does look cool
