The customization for my car has begun!!!

So I just got my 2010 Camaro 2ss about a week or so ago and I decided why not start modding it now. I havent done much but I personally think it made a reasonable difference on how it looks. Big shout out to Lupe (overhaulengines) on some amazing delivery time and an awesome paint job. Next up is getting the SS logo black and the "Camaro" on the sides in black and then on to the yellow Halo/fogs.....i think. Let me know what you guys think. If there is one thing I have learned from C5 is that so I didn't dissapoint.

Here is the rear bowtie. This required the most work. I used more goo gone than I can even remember but it all turned out great

Here is a close up of the taillight bezels

Looks great! I have the bug too - had my car less then two months and have already spent 3k in mods. One thing I would do on your car is take off that vinyl sticker that show where you purchased the car.

I didn't use goo gone because I was nervous it was going to take off more then I wanted. I took it off the day I got the car. With my fingers I slowly pealed it off and then any residue that was left I used Adams all purpose cleaner, but you could also try clay bar too. I think that would work.

Goo gone wont hurt your car at all and I agree, take off the ugly dealer sticker! Everything else looks good so far

I am prepared. I just order my rally yellow interior door panels and dash trim today so hopefully that will come in sometime this week. Now i just have to get these damn squealing brakes fixed. Its pretty pointless to have brembo brakes and then have them sound like a school bus when you pull into a parking spot.

Goo Gone works great and so does WD40. Just make sure to clean well and wax the area afterward.

I love the black bowties with the hint of matching yellow in them. Good job!
