Best Clutch
Those of you that have been following the clutch threads for the last few weeks probably have gathered by now that there is only one obvious choice for an after market clutch for a Gen 5 making more than 500 rwhp. It is the Hendrix Engineering Street Slayer Triple Carbon. It is fully rebuildable and clamps like nobody's business. It is said to hold 1500 ft/lbs of torque.
My street slayer has about 700 miles on it with calm traffic starts. Today was the first time I did a real launch with drag radials on a prepped track. I could feel every bit of my 564 ft/lbs. There is a shocking difference from the stock clutch and from the piece of crap ZR-1 clutch that I wasted $1500 on. I am sure to destroy my stock drive shaft or rear axle soon ... maybe both. Time to make some changes to the drive train. Do yourself a favor ... buy only one clutch ...

I love my twin disc! I only have 430 rwhp so that works for me.
