rear spoiler came w/ this and tape(not a bolt on), where do I apply this liquid?

It goes on the trunk in the areas that will contact the tape. Clean the area to remove all wax then go over it with the alcohol swabs it should have come with too. Then put on the adhesion promoter and when you put on the spoiler make sure you have it perfectly aligned because you won't be able to move it once it is put in place. Press down firmly to make sure the tape makes contact everywhere.
