Drive right, pass left has actually always been a law in DE....they never posted signs until recently unlike say NJ.
and yes the cell phone law is a primary offense.

Very nice VR 1SS with black rally stripes. Sounded real mean, headers maybe? Looks like stock converters... MD plate: FOR WHY. Very nice Camaro

THAT WAS ME!!!!! and yes, Kooks...i was on my way to this tuner to find out whats going on with my car but apparently he doesnt know chevys like he claims to so im getting the stock map put back on and full refund and going to PSI in glen burnie for a fresh tune.

HAHAHA!! That's awesome!! Nice to have spotted a fellow C5 member. I'm also pretty thrilled I guessed right about which part of the exhaust system was modified! I'm new to the Camaro world (as of February) and not at all mechanically inclined, so I'm learning as I go here.
Man, I've had people tell me to start with headers instead of something like cat-backs, and now I know why, she sounded pretty sick!! I still want my Borla ATAK Cat-backs though. What level tint did you have btw?? Had to be at least 20%, I couldn't even tell you had a passenger for the longest time....
