Ok all hat orders are in....That was a loooong 2 hours, time to hit some stress relief

Here's what we have;

16 hats total today, plus Jake & Josh''s from first order.
Should take anywhere from 10-14 days till I get them. I'll have the first order before hand and I'll post pictures so you can get an idea of what they look like.

Has anyone installed AAC halo rings and projectors before? I really would love to retrofit my headlights but I can't install myself and the installation prices are outrageous. I will pay but I can't afford what shops charge. I really been wanting the set up dtrimpi87 has for a really long time after seeing a concept photo of the Camaro with headlights like his.

I can do the halos obviously but i'm not familiar with the projector install. It cant be that complicated though. Which projectors are you thinking of going with?

I was looking at these. They are suppose to be easier to install. I know austinjames installed them into the headlights.

Let me talk to Austin and run a couple things by him. I'm pretty sure they bolt right up. I need to find the dimensions of the housing to see if the DRL halo rings from AAC will fit around the projector housing as well. The projector housing on the RS model headlights has a nice flat edge around the front which is perfect for mounting the second halo.

You can see how its nice and flat around the projector on the RS headlight:



You should be able to mount halo rings on these but It might not be as clean of an install. The gatling 2.0 housing would probably work the best:

It is okay if it is not as clean. At night it will be extremely hard to see inside the headlights. Or maybe a light tint can cover up any flaws. Also painting the inside black will help also.

I am wanting a more custom set up and to use the extra money for other mods. I want the headlights then exhaust. I already have headers waiting to be.installed
