Borla ATAK axle back question!
I have finally decided I'm just going to get the Borla ATAK axle back. I am really only doing it for sound and its cheaper than a full Catback. I bought my car used and the dealer said the previous owner said that the owner put an X-Pipe on it....I guess with the stock exhaust. I took a couple of pictures and I don't see an X-Pipe....There isn't one right?

Looks pretty stock to me. We carry X-pipes you can have welded in if that's something you're looking to do. Plenty of other systems available as well.

Yeah I didn't think it did I was just curious. So is the ATAK a good axleback to go with? I have listened to some videos and it sounds good.

The only other one I like is the SLP Loudmouth but I still think ATAK is louder

From what i've read the ATAK is really loud and raspy if you go with headers/ cat back system. Probably ATAK axle back will be loud enough by itself. I just bought Borla S cat back. It's there middle exhaust. (between touring and ATAK) I did this route because i bought Kooks long tube headers to add down the road and then it might be too loud. If it is i can always swap out the S axle back for something quieter.
