I'll drive it often, but it isn't the DD. Putting 12k miles in a year would be nice... I'm past 20k on my DD! Also, tires don't hold out too well on the camaro, especially when your smokin them at the races!!

Yeah that's how I feel, if I had the number 1 car, I could see putting it the garage and not taking it out. This car is too much fun to drive to keep it locked up!!!

Mine will be my everyday all day all-seasons car.

I remember a few years ago, I asked one of my clients that live in Maryland near me where we get all four seasons why he drives his pretty Victory Red Vette all year around and his word were "Because I didn't spend my money ($50K+) to have something this beautiful sit in my garage and only drive it on nice summer days or the weekends. As long as you're my detailer I will never worry about anything that the elements has to offer." I know the Camaro doesn't cost as much as the Vette but I still just wanted to know what uses you all had for your cars besides the obvious when you get them.
Mine will be driven on nice weather days, never in the rain or snow, or if there is salt on the road. But I don't want to drive it only on the weekends either, I spent a lot of money so I could drive the car, not have it sit there and do nothing. I am going to be very careful about where I park it though, will probably never take it to a mall or any place where I know I won't be able to park away from other cars.

Bought the car as a "toy" so it will be a weekend, cruising, sunny day car. The 30+ mile commute is a little long to make it a DD, plus stop and go traffic is a bit of a waste for what the car is meant for It will get driven plenty and spend the winters in a nice warm garage

Daily driver. Will probably see about 25,000 miles in the first year.

I am only driving my SS Camaro on the weekend and maybe a little bit after work on a nice day and not raining. I commute to work with my 2009 Yukon. When the first sign of snow is in the forecast my car is going into the garage and staying there until the next nice day with no salt on the road. A $40,000 muscle/sports car is not going to see a spec of road salt on it. I am trying to keep my mileage between 5k to 7k a year, even if that.

No winter driving for me....brutal chicago winters not just the snow but the condition of the streets sucks[pot holes]...also the wonderful chemicals they use to help melt snow and undercarriages of cars

See, I don't mind pollen season now, I have one of those special showroom car dusters. Which does wonders. As per the winter between salt and potholes it is enough to make you very scared to even bring your car out. Salt is not good for the paint of the car. When I was down the NJ shore and came back, I washed my car immediately to get any salt that may have been on it. Road salt used in the winter is even worse.

I have a 08 hhr panel van...already changed out 2-rims already from this past winter from deadly pot holes big enough to swallow the whole wheel
