yeah, I hate visible LEDs...the footwells, door cups & trunk are/will be hidden & the orange bulb in the dome is fine...the tricky one will be the engine bay...not a lot of places to hide the strip...I want to run it around the entire bay

Yeah, a lot of the lights that were visible during fest were the engine bay ones. Hopefully you can figure something out.

Are you doing a switch with your footwell lighting or tapping into the dome light? I have mine on a switch but sometimes wish I had the other way around. Then other times I'm glad i can switch them on whenever I want and NOT have the dome light on. I'm indecisive.

Off topic question-- where has everyone bought some nice shelving for their garage that isn't expensive but not cheap looking junk either? I've kinda been keeping an eye out but haven't found anything I'm too crazy about. I might just build some since i'm kind of picky about it.

Sams club has a good selection. Sears is also a good place to look. Sears is constantly having sales.

I'm getting like $150 in giftcards from Sears since they lost my fridge twice, so I'll keep an eye out for sales there. Haven't been in the store since I went in guns blazing about the fridge.

Yep, just to spectate. I need to get another truck and trailer for these long distance races. I would hate to tear my car up and be stuck at a track.

I think I'm going to wire them into the cigarette lighter power & put a switch on them...that way when the key is on acces, they'll be on...that works better for having the trunk, dome, footwells, parking lights on when at a show...the engine bay will be hard wired with a switch as well

Thanks for all the congrats! Evora and I are both doing well and daddy is too. However, we could use some sleep. Hopefully she gets her sleep schedule flipped around before I go back to work, but we couldn't have asked for a more perfect little baby. Can't wait to get her out there autocossing sooner than later though!!!

Give it about 2 years and you'll be able to get a little sleep again
