You can, but it's the whole freakin' door panel you're forced to get.

I've been thinking about it, and I think the cheapest way out of this is to get all the trim pieces painted Hugger Orange - that means the front of them. The average price I see paid for that service is around $150.00, and I'll know I'm getting good work done since I'll have to bring them to a pro. I don't trust the fitment of the RPI design ones.

The main appeal to getting them painted the way I did was that ambient lighting would still work. I don't have nor desire ambient lighting, so what do I care about that? Otherwise, the appeal is that whole "see-through" effect, which is pretty cool, but I'd rather have a non "see-through" effect Hugger Orange trim panel than a "see-through" effect silver one... or a f*cked up "see-through" effect Hugger Orange one.

I am. It's just now that I'll be painting the front of them; the side that people SEE, I'll have to make sure it's a good paintjob - so off to a bodyshop they go.

I could have screwed up all I wanted on the way I painted them already, since you're staring at the underside of the paint through a thick layer of plastic. Now I don't have that to save my ass, so I'm giving the pieces to a pro.

Andy before you do the halo kit consider the humidity problem. It rains two days ago and my lamps got fogged up. This is still happenin after taking the bumper off 6 times to try and re seal them.
