That's definitely the new RS Rims. I got my 2013 Black with Matte Black Rally stripes 2LT/RS yesterday in and that's the Rims I have.

Just to be clear; this is stock, correct? No fuse tricks done to bypass the muffler all the time?

I really like the color, and the pictures show the great attention to detail put into this car. The Dual Exhaust is pretty cool.
