I know it has been a few weeks since it was posted in the room, but once the shows and cruises start dying out for the summer, would anyone be interested in doing a once a month meet in OSide/Carlsbad, say at a food establishment or something?

Yep! Great idea...we need to start doing something. I'm moving back to the Inland Empire in October...so just a little time left. I see A BUNCH of Camaro's around Camp Pendleton now. We need to get active. Speaking of which, the cruise on 8/25 anybody interested in meeting up with the LA group at the 15/76 intersection spot we huddled for the Palomar cruise? I think that'd be a good place. Gas up, get snacks or whatever...then head down. Lemme know!

Yeah I'm definitely in for the link up on the 25th.

For the once a month thing if we can get more people I'd say Chic-Fil-A over on College - 78, or Chipolte on College and OSide blvd. There is pretty big parking at both spots. There is also the Hooters off Vista drive just east of El Camino...

So does that mean you are leaving your job at 303?

Either of those spots are fine with me. I'm moving back to Corona, which is about 45 mins from the base. I'm keeping the job at 303. Just wanna get back up in that area. More house for the money.

How about we finish this up and figure something out. Sounds like the 25th is good, but we have 3 locations that are debated. How about someone start a vote on the location.

Great idea...I don't know how to do a poll. I'm gonna head over to Starbucks on Oside Blvd at 8:00ish then head over to the 15/76 Mobil station. Anybody else would be great to cruise over.

Nick, for a weekly thing...Pitstop is great. Once a month for Smokey's would be a good idea.

Got my Hurst shifter in last night, with the custom bushings made by Camaro5 member "NH-SS". What a PITD!

Getting excited for the cruise on Saturday! Starbucks Saturday 0800!

I am seeing more and more Camaros on Pendleton, and not just bland ones with no mods! Today I was by the MALS gate crossing Vandergrift to go over to the 7 day store before flying and I saw an all black Camaro with neon green badges and bowtie trim. Last week pulling into the PX an orange Hennessey SS!

The Neon Green might have been me yesterday.
I'm up for monthly meets in that area.
