Samsung Galaxy III S 4G

I will soon be taking delivery of a 2013 Camaro 2LT and was wondering if the new Samsung Galaxy S III 4G Android phone was fully compatible with the MyLink system...

Does anyone have any info or experience with this?

Does the MyLink allow hands-free dialing and calls, MP3/WMA playback, and voice navigation compatibility with this phone?

Thanks for any info y'all can provide.

Your question is probably a combination of two very new products nobody has both of yet, but I have a 2012 with aftermarket head unit, and a Verizon Samsung GS3 that works just fine with it. (Bluetooth phone calls and A2DP music streaming) I also use the Onstar Remote Link app on my GS3 to open the doors, send turn by turn directions to the On-star, and check gas tank level and tire pressure.

The GS3 does not support the myChevrolet app, but my old Thunderbolt did. I don't understand why that one is not supported yet, but it's less useful anyways, as it is mainly just the car's operation manual and phone numbers covered by the Remote Link app.

That said, I would expect the A2DP and Bluetooth from the GS3 to the MyLink to be compatible, as it's the latest phone and supports almost every feature and then some.

Thanks for the replies... I will continue to do some research and post whatever results I find when my vehicle arrives.
