Well, another successful ICE Cream Cruise is in the books.

Met Grinch and BenningJ at DQ on University for some ice cream and then a cruise.

Then wouldn't you know it, I get pulled over AGAIN while the other two go free.

Reason--- Improper lighting on the side/front marker lights. He says they're too red when the rear ones are clearly red. Got off with a warning.

However, he did say the next time he sees the Camaro with green headlights he will pull it over. I told him I didn't know him and I was red/green colorblind anyway so all headlights look the same to me.

On a side note, this was the same police officer who pulled over Grinch's nephew for having a CLEAR, unobstucting license plate cover.

The guy is obviously a real douche. I'm surprised he didn't come after Ken and I, I wrapped out my throttle just before we passed him.

btw, side markers are supposed to be 'amber' in color for the front and 'red' in color for the rear. I'm pretty sure yours fall in that category. Stupid cops. Only in CF.

Well Deb does alot of volunteer work so I will support this cause and enter this show. I had fun last year,not concerned about trophies. And anytime I can enter a show so close to home,I will. I'm sure we will all have fun no matter what show we go to that day.

Not Camaro related but my favorite pic from my trip to Brainerd for NHRA.

All you NHRA fans know this is Pro Stock driver Vincent Nobile and his Dad, John. Really cool to see father and son race together. I have talked with Vincent a few times in the last couple years. Very nice kid. His street car is an SRT8 Challenger, of course built into a monster.

The officer that pulled me over is infamous for tickets. I was let off with a warning.

He said the front markers are red. They're clearly amber. But he's the one with the badge and gun.

Anyway, just got off the phone with AAC and they're sending me an email confirming they're compliant with DOT Regulations.

ANYWAY, that's 3 warnings for me this year. Am I winning yet?

We will consider you a wiener I mean winner. If you get that email copy me would you. I have been wanting to get those side markers and would like to know they are compliant first. Heard of lots of problems with enforcement agencies on this.
