Afternoon Becky, just got back from the dealership with my railcar #, had to give them the info you gave me. I think these dealerships ought to give you a stipid for all you do for us. Now how do I track my Choo Choo car East of the Mississippi ? Thank you.

Good evening Becky. Sorry to bother you again but was wondering if you could please check my status to see if it is showing 4200 again? My dealer said it was being loaded on the truck monday and would be delivered by wednesday, but dealer said at 4:30 this afternoon the car was still not there. It's only about 60 miles from train yard to dealer and has been there since last wednesday morning. Thank you in advance. QMSDJG

First you need the railcar #. You can get that from your
dealer. They can get it from GM Global Connect website
we use - under Order Workbench. From there, they go
to the manage inventory tab and either do an order inquiry
or check the intransit tab for Camaro. Click on the order #
and the order comes up. Scroll down and the event history
is there and the railcar is listed. Once you have that #

call 877-744-7279
Prompt #5
Prompt #3
ask for location
give the car initials
give the car #
say done and listen.
The automated system will tell
you where the railcar is at or
where it just left. The goal is
to get an "empty" status

Becky....I was reluctant on posting so soon after having gotten such great news earlier today with regards to my dream car being built and bayed. Was wondering if you could work more of your magic and give me even better news on order # QMVPR4....like status 4200 hopefully...hint hint hint.
