We will do something even if "Pony Wars" doesn't happen. I tried to plan something for the fall, but the track is completely booked until December. :(

Anybody else notice that as of now Sunday is a 70 percent chance of rain and windy? Not exactly prime BBQ weather.

So yesturday I start my car in the morning and start to drive and within 30 feet my car randomly shuts off and doesnt turn on for a minute. starts back up and I continue to see if it happens again and it doesnt. so I think that ill monitor it and go on my way. this morning same thing happens, but this time it doesnt start at for 15 mins, and then when it does start it stalls out again in 5 secs. It doesnt turn over at all, but all my lights still work fine. so I get my road side there and they try a jump before they tow it, and it works. but now Im cautious and took it to the dealer and have a rental whole they check it out. the check engine light stayed on after it started, but I didnt get a chance to run the codes. the service stabilitrack came on aswell but went away. hopefully I have it back for sunday fixed up

Crazy. Hope they get that fixed up. No loose or shorting wires or anything from all the fascia / headlight swaps?

I looked everywhere this morning and couldnt find any wires because that is what I thought aswell, but . Im just hoping they dont try and pin the headlights on the problem and deny any warranty work.

They seemed pretty cool though cause I was already late opening my store, so i needed a car and they said we will find something to make the car rental free

The weather's not a big deal we have a patio in a big house so all will be dry, also plenty off concrete parking.

Hope everybody's good it will be a good day Sunday rain or shine, friends cars food and drink what more do you need.

Naw didnt check the terminals, I do have a constant power running to the control box for the RGB halos, but when the halos are off the only thing on is a tiny red led. this shouldnt drain the battery enough though. it has sat for 2 days before and started up fine, so not having it run it overnight shouldnt be the problem.

I didnt check the terminals though maybe

so, the dealership is insisting its something to do with the battery. while I can agree to some extent, the battery wouldnt cause it to shit off when the car is already started, and then the instrument cluster and radio wouldnt work......

Sure can. My CTS died on me twice while driving. Lost all power and nearly crashed. Had to shift to nuetral and required a restart. Second time it took about 5 minutes before it would restart. New battery and all fixed. Was only maybe 18mos old.
