Also...going out tomorrow for some road footage and tire smoking. Stay tuned for some kick ass video!
20K seems like a lotbut when you factor in all the labor plus parts seems still like a great parts. I 25k for a a vortech installed, with Am Racing long tubes and header back system with A1000 fuel system and sump in tank, camshaft and valve springs. $4,500 of that was labor

I adds up fast.

Lingenfelter charges 65K for a twin turbo kit and motor. They charge 39 for a motor so that means they want 30 to 35 for a turbo kit. I like how the GMS kit has independant hard piped air intakes. Most of the other systems use dryer ducting to get the air to the intakes of the turbos

My official rocking build video...

As promised, a build video for just the turbo kit install (more of a promo vid for Granatelli). But nevertheless some cool footage of the turbo build with some road footage too!

Enjoy...

Thats really awesome! i've been thinking about doing a twin turbo lately and not a supercharger. (But that is a few years away still)

Turbos make a car run cleaner, if I'm not mistaken. They, by nature, impede exhaust flow; reducing emissions through the resistance of spinning the impeller.

Yes i do think turbos make a car greener, but CA is against doing anything "Fun". Really interested in how you guys drive these things legally in CA. Maybe they are legal? Let me know!

This TT system is not technically legal in CA...even though it probably burns cleaner. For one, the twin Precision turbos don't have CARB #'s, and two, they sit directly where my stock CATS where sitting...nice and tucked in. So, I have no CATS. What's nice about this Granatelli setup is placement. It would take a sharp eye to visually spot them from inside engine bay. And from underneath they are covered up with a "skid plate".

A recent run in Las Vegas at Super Chevy Show. Ended up with the trophy for the Gen 5 Challenge, going head to head with Veteran-1. However, the weather in Vegas was too HOT to put up numbers I'm happy with. 105 degrees.
