Columbia Chevrolet in Cincinnati, OH.

An ENORMOUS zero out of ten.

Worst customer experience ever. I honest to god can't even believe how that place manages to stay in business, let alone sell any cars, because it seemed to me that every person that was working there had an IQ somewhere around 48.

I was first approached by a complete doorknob of a salesman. Later saw his sales numbers on a chalkboard for the month, a whopping 3 cars! That explained a lot..

Then I requested to speak to someone else that had a better idea on getting the car and options I wanted (2LT/RS w/ sunroof). Spoke to a guy that was muuuch nicer, but for some reason seemed to have absolutely no idea of any options or features of any camaros they had on the lot. Now I don't understand how your ONLY job is to sell the cars on your lot and you don't have a freaking clue about ANY of them?! At one point he was asking ME about the car...

Suffice to say I ended up taking the deal they gave me to have one transferred from another dealer nearby, strictly due to the fact that they offered the most for my trade-in and right at invoice pricing for the camaro.

Karma apparently thought I should have walked away, because not even 2 days and 200 miles on the car and my engine blew up on the way to work...

Ouch..sounds like a knockoff dealer to me. Wow a whopping..3 cars? Sounds like they were trying to stick a knife in your back as soon as you walked in the door!

My advice is to take the car back and RUN forest RUN!

Go to another dealership go online and google all dealerships in your area call them up and get a pricing and see who has the best deal you'd be surprise. Good luck and good speed.

My experience was 10/10 . I was a little leary because I kinda had to buy it there ,as its owned by the same owner as where I work. They were great,I ordered it with no down payment,no credit check. When it came in they let me clean it my self. Also, they didn't put the plate bracket on .

James Wood Autopark, Denton TX...

I did EVERYTHING over the phone with them. Once they got their hands on the car, we negotiated the price. Then went down and spent maybe an hour getting the paperwork done.

Easy as pie.

Reliable Chevrolet, Richardson, TX. Absolutely best experience I've ever had buying a car! Located car via internet--IBM after they discontinued color--had all options/trim that we wanted. Sent email late at night requesting availability status. Ray called me following morning before nine o'clock; before I had a chance to ask details, he asked two questions to verify my status and eligibility for USAA discount pricing. Fiften minutes later he verified car was still on showroom floor, found several additional discounts and applied, reducing price below USAA discount and I applied deposit via credit card. Two days later we drove the 175 miles to pick up Nikki. Closing was very enjoyable. Unfortunately they are too far away for me to use for service--but I stay in contact with them with routine calls and email/letters from ray. 10 out of 10!

Sounds easy as 1 2 3. Wish all dealerships was professional and quick like this.
