From reading the OP again. The car might be totaled because of the impact if the frame is bent. Demand a new car from his insurance.

Maybe the guy who hit you, hates the Seahawks? Just trying to make you laugh, so you won't feel so bad! Sorry about your car.

That really sucks, I can't even say what I'd do to the guy getting out of the minivan. All the bad drivers in world have to be labeled with a japanese car company's logo.

Thumbs down

Yeah I was the only one in the car and yes I was ok other than my back hurting. I talked to my insurance person about the diminished law issue and they said it applied to underinsured and under aged. HOWEVER I have called their insurance have another claim open with them and am going to ask for this exact thing again and throw in my new car experience. I will tell you this though it actually held up in this crash and the damage to that mini van, you would have thought my car was on steriods or something. LIKE A TANK...although not something I want to do again or have happen again. Here is a kind of pic of his mini van...now compare that...it went under my freakin' car and I think I need

I feel so bad for you. I hope you and your car are made "whole" but this person's insurance.

Good luck with the claim and repair but I fear your biggest probelm will be getting replacement parts from GM.

I have noticed that recently people are driving worse.

It's these new phones and all the texting and or phone use.

The other day I was in my Blazer and driving home on 2 lane country highway. I was going 5 miles over 60 on a 55 on way home. This truck comes up to me going about 85-90 and he tried to pass me and at the last second he saw the Cement Truck coming on the other lane. Then he flipped me off and passed me. Then he pulled on the side of the road as is to wait for me to stop. lol ??

Lot of idiot drivers out there.

That sucks but the Camaro holding up like a Tank, makes me proud. Eat that Nissan.

I hope if it's not totalled that GM can get the parts to you in some kind of decent time frame. Just don't know...

Guess I don't have to worry about that front license plate issue for a little while...and worst off I was getting my black rally stripes put on this weekend too...not now..DAMN IT! I will tell you this though..If I have to wait for another one, believe me I will. This has been one of the best months I have had in a long time...made going to work, not necessarily being there, so much fun. And I would look forward to quitin time just to chill out and drive. We are a GM/Chev family and will stay that way

Thanks for the support all...

Sorry to hear about what happened. I'm glad you weren't seriously hurt.

I hope you can get it fixed soon.

Let us know when that happens. I wish you better days ahead.
