Happy friday all

So drivin around on my lunch trying to get a couple things accomplished, traffic's making me nuts. People want to drive 5-10 UNDER the limit, and I don't.

I'm bookin down Blackstone (a large, busy mainline thru Fresno) and a thuggish lookin dude in a Navigator suddenly decides to merge over into me as I'm passing him on the left. I downshift and give the whole city the pipes as I pass him anyway. A few lights down, I see him pull up next to me and stop short so he can talk through my window.

"Great" I'm thinking. He rolls his window down and APOLOGIZES...


"Hey my bad man, I didn't see you back there. Nice ride."

I thank him and go on my way. Maybe 20 minutes and much traffic-related frustration later, I pass an older, raced out Beemer just to see him start ducking through traffic behind me. We hit a light as it's turning green, and he all but stops traffic to slow down next to me and yell at me

"Dude, very nice! What body kit is that??"

I tell him it's a factory kit, he tells me one more time how great it looks, and we roll on.

Twice in a row I thought I was about to get bitched at over my impatient driving, and twice I got owned. I think I need to relax a bit today, I guess not everyone's as cranky as me.
