Their trying to pull a monopoly. Just greedy they already got like 100 billion dollars and have to spend a certain amount.

Apple's now worth more than Microsoft and Google combined, and over $200 billion more than the world's second-largest company. Samsung reply to this whole lawsuit is the real "Loser is you". - Samsung

In some ways your right but, if you read the first article that was posted online it's little things Apple was complaining about pinch and zoom, Rectangle shape, and interface.

Android is for smart people who like to customize their phone. Iphone is for idiots who just want a simple operating system that looks like it was designed for children.

I have an HTC One X and have had an iPhone of some kind since the 2nd generation. Apple can kiss my a$$. I'll never own another apple product again.

Galaxy SIII and I LOVE IT.

I was debating back and forth between Apple and Galaxy (now that Apple is available through Sprint). I was going to hold out until the new Iphone came out, but decided to pull the trigger since both in laws got it and said it was PERFECT.

The wife and I both went in and upgraded both of our phones the same day. BEST move I've EVER done when getting a cell phone. LOVE IT.

LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT

Apple? Psh...whatever... I know they are doing what they need to do for shareholders, but please. As if the tech wasn't already there....companies weren't going to use it...do their own versions...

Justin, love your post.

Incorrect, I owned a Motorola Droid 2 Global, liked it for awhile, hated it the rest of the time I owned it. Poor reliability, buggy, bad battery life, finally just quite working, so I went to Walmart and paid full price for my iPhone 4S. It's been the best phone I've ever owned and works great with FaceTime with my girlfriend (who lives 4 hours away).

Oh, and I have an AAS in Network Engineering, currently employed as a Computer Technician at a junior college, (on my 3rd year now) and I have nearly a decade of experience repairing computers. Needless to say, I'm pretty tech savy.

I will admit, I do miss things about Android, but I haven't looked back since picking up my iPhone a few months ago. It works like a phone should work. Good battery life, I can call people with it, I can text people, and works great as a music player. Siri is also a nice feature. If I'm bored, I can jailbreak it and have some more fun.

On topic, I'm not a fan of Apple, regardless of owning their phone, I will never own one of their computers. They're overpriced and so proprietary that it's stupid. I don't understand how they won this lawsuit, but in my eyes, they like to bully other companies as they wish, they were (maybe still are) trying to sue Kodak, which recently just filed Chapter 11!

Even though I mostly don't support Apple, I wanted a piece of technology that works well, I had no choice but to go with an iPhone, rather then making a risky decision on another Android device that hasn't been properly tested yet.

Yes, Apple markets the hell out of their spyware.

None of the other manufacturer's try to get into that league because they understand their users already know how to use an operating system to drag and drop whatever files (music, videos, etc.) they want onto their devices.

Please refer to the last few images in my post Steve Jobs and his disciples acting "ethically" with a quote like that? Ok, sure

I did some research and asked people which would they prefer and surprising a lot seem to love the Samsung galaxy 3. And i asked why? They simply said it works better.

I have the iPhone 3G and I'm waiting to see the iPhone 5 before I upgrade. My husband was an avid BB fan, however last month he upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy III. I've debated between the iPhone and galaxy since my sister got her galaxy II and still don't know for sure which way I want to go. For the last few months my 3G has been crashing quite regularly and it bothers me. I'm not a techie, and I'll admit that the iPhone seems simplistic compared to others out there. However, if I run out of patience with my 3G before the 5 becomes available, I probably will get the galaxy III.

iPhone is known for crashing that's why more and more people are migrating over to Samsung galaxy so it make sense for a 100 billion dollar company like Apple to try to take the life out of Samsung and get rid of their better working phone the Samsung galaxy 3 off the market soon. I heard of dirty politics but, this? lol

After watching 60 Minutes special on Steve Jobs I was convinced that I would never buy another Apple product. Additionally, apple care ripped me off by denying me a refund of my $99 insurance plan 3 days after I purchased the phone because the phone was stolen. If the phone wasn't stollen I would have recieved a $97 credit adjustment. I have owned both i phone and nexus s. I prefer the nexus. Samsung's new phones are so amazing. I'm counting the day until Note 2 is released.
