Does anyone know how much the splash guard is that goes in the front of the front wheel well?

No it is a separate part from the wheel liner. That is a fairly small piece, it is for aerodynamics.

I had 1 screw left on each side do to the non ZL1 inner fender well liner does not match up all 3 holes. The top 1 lines up but the bottom 2 don't. SO the liner does not move towards the wheel while driving do to the wind moving it and causing the wheel to rub you have to drill a hole for the middle screw to line up. The bottom hole is not even close so you can't drill a hole to make that one work. Everything else lines up perfect!! Hope that helps.

I used an SS grille badge. If you look REALLY close, you can see bits where the ZL1 badge would go, but once in place, I don't think people will look all that close. No sense displaying it as what it isn't.

True!! That was the first pictures I took after I installed the ZL1 front bumper since than I took the badge off and now it is just black there. Since mine is a LS they don't come with a grille badge but I would like to put something there!!

Here are some photos of the Ebay ZL1 hood test fit. The hood is getting painted this week glossy black with the insert painted AGM (Ashton Gray Metallic). I will be applying glossy black carbon fiber vinyl to the inset area after 30 days (waiting for paint to cure).
