Cloth Door and Dash Panels
Fellow C5 members,
I was wondering if it is possible to strip off the cloth from the door panels and dash inserts on my RJT 1LT and paint them rather then buying all new painted door/dash panels from a vendor. I tried to do a search about this, but could not find much info. If anyone could elaborate on this that would be great. Ideally, i'd like to be able to paint the cloth ones I have instead of dropping $400 or so on painted ones. Thanks to you all |

Are you going to paint it yourself or take it to a body shop? If you take it to a shop, just drop the car off and let them do it all.

500hpbluez28- thank you kindly, sir
=stephens= - I was planning on doing it all myself...22 years old and finishing college doesn't give me much spare money, so i've been tackling things that I feel I can do myself. |

I am going to paint mine myself someday too. I am waiting for it to get a bit cooler out before I paint.

I am doing this with the LS panels once I have a bit more $$ I had a quote of around 250-300 for painting, and may have a way to do a version of abl haha.
