Im a production automation tech. I setup, program and maintain robots used for spraying cars. I average about 55-65 hours a week but if we are launching a new vehicle it quickly goes up. I've worked as many as 120 hours in 7 days.

Salaried employee, pay based on 40 hour work week, plus bonus. I work anywhere from 40 hours, to 60 per week. Pretty good gig I must say. I get to set my own hours, work from home, and travel a litttle.

I work 40 hours a week as a PC technician for a junior college. I also do computer repair and web design in my free time, that varies, but typically no more than 10 hours of my free time per week.

STP?? (basing on your Houston location). I used to work at FPL in Homestead, FL with twin units too, and then Florida Power (now Duke Energy) in Crystal River, FL. Great job, but not as good either job-wise or pay-wise as what I got now, which is outside of nuclear power generation. Good, solid jobs though. People are going to need power.

Whatever happened to the two more units y'all were going to get?
