Todays show was great. And it was nice to have such an impressive row of Camaros. I personally look at this show as the one that started the I.C.E. Lets hope the next year we are even bigger.

Congrats to the winners and glad the club was well represented.

The wind has blown so hard up here been 4 foot waves, this afternoon late the found a swamped boat and the helicopters are flying over now looking for the guy, hope they find him.

Had a GREAT time at the YMCA for Kids Car Show today with Rick & Sue and Russ & Patty. Todd even made a showing and had his family there.

All of us scored a Top 20 in Modern Muscle Machines Class.

Rick and I scored, what I call, an Early Bird Award for being one of the first 40 to register. There were 103 cars at the show. Not a bad showing for their first time. There was NO LOUD MUSIC blaring. In fact, there was no music period, which was a pleasant change. People could actually converse without having to yell to each other. I wish more shows would follow the YMCA's lead on this with no music.

I scored the Longest Distance Traveled Award. My GPS said I traveled 84 miles to the show. It was actually more like 74 miles for the return trip home. I think it's time to update it. Still traveled further than anyone else.

There were some AWESOME cars at the show today. Some I hadn't seen before but my camera died before I could get pics of them, including The Beast. Sorry Russ!!! :( Please post pictures you took. THANKS!!!

Some of those guys that win all the time, say they don't care about trophies.

If they don't care, why do they put the numbers on their cars?

Sorry to hear it wasn't a good time, but at least you got to hang with Grinch.

Grinch and I went last year, he took 1st and the silver ragtop took 2nd. Sometimes at shows you say WTF when some cars win and some cars don't.

Are going to Cruise to the Mill Tuesday evening with Grinch, Jason, and I? We'll leave Cedar Falls at 1700.
