Shift Light Questions

Anyone running a shift light? Which one? Where does it connect in?

Are you talking about the two bars coming together or a bright flashing red LED telling you to SHIFT? What setting would that be?

the shift lights should work in any PTM mode

N/P I think you helped clarify it. Maybe somebody thought that they are only avail in upper PTM modes. I recomend people look for the owners video's posted in this forum. They explain things very well.

PTM doesn't matter... it's the display that has the G meter on bottom.

I still plan to get a light on the A-pillar. It's tough to use the DIC on the drag strip from 1st to 2nd.

The display is not easy to see. That is why I want a big bright shift light.

I agree the hud is nice for normal driving but I would prefer to have one I can see peripherally while looking far down the track.

Don't think the wiring on a ZL1 would be any different than an SS. Raptor shift light connects to an ignition coil wire, power/ground, and vehicle speed sensor if you get the dual mode shift light.
